Virginie Colaiuta is a partner of the London office of LMS Legal LLP. She has more than 25 years of experience acting as counseland advocate in international arbitration proceedings deriving from construction and energy projects, also based on investment treaties. Virginie is admitted to practice as a Solicitor in England & Wales, as Attorney at Law in New York, (USA) and as Avocat à la Courin Paris (France). She practised in Italy in 1997-1999, in Paris from 1999-2010 and in London from 2010 to date. Virginie is a Visiting Fellow of the Centre of Construction Law and Dispute Resolution of King’s College, London and is a lecturer of the Master of Business Engineering (MBE) of the University of Stuttgart in Germany. Virginie is the present Co-Chair of the International Construction Projects Committee of the International Bar Association(2024-2025) and a member of the Board of the Italian Society of Construction Law
